Condo Remodeling & Redesign – Toronto

This condo remodeling and redesign project in Toronto required a complete transformation on a tight timeline.

Our team managed every detail from start to finish: full demolition, a new modern kitchen with cabinetry, counters, and pantry, updated bathroom with new fixtures, tub, vanity, and toilet, and a separate laundry room. We also replaced flooring, tiles, lighting with LED fixtures, electrical outlets, switch plates, door hardware, vents, and fans. All finishes, paint colours, and materials were carefully selected and coordinated by Cozy Casa.

Despite the client living 2,000 km away in Calgary, we provided daily progress updates and photos, ensured full compliance with condo regulations, and coordinated seamlessly with building management, vendors, and suppliers — even arranging for new appliances and insurance brokers.

The project was completed in under three weeks, turning the outdated condo into a fully modernized home that immediately attracted rental interest.
