Urban Modern Basement

We designed and built this beautiful basement taking into consideration the needs of our client’s elderly mom’s needs who had to use a walker and required extra wide doors and curbless shower etc. And we made it extra cozy with more insulation. We even made it as sound proof as possible by adding safe & sound insulation in the ceiling of the entire basement. One big bedroom with an en-suite full 3-pc washroom. An open concept big kitchen with a huge island with built-in power plug, microve, wine chiller. A living room with an electric fireplace. One pwder room. A big storage room. Lots of pot lights throughout the space all with dimmer switches. The kitchen has a gunmetal apron sink. Black pull down faucet. Vinyl laminate flooring throughout. We kept the colour scheme as grey and white with black as accent colour!
