The clients required a legal rental basement with an office space for iwn use.

We designed the space accordingly and the finished product is a beautifully finished two bedroom basement with two full washrooms one being an ensuite! A living room, a separate laundry with french doors, and a cozy kitchen with all new appliances and a home-office for the clients!!
