Project-B Basement Brampton

For this Brampton project, the clients required a legal rental basement that also included a dedicated office space for their own use.

We carefully designed the layout to maximize functionality while maintaining a warm, inviting feel. The finished space features two bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, along with two full washrooms, a spacious living room, and a cozy kitchen complete with brand-new appliances. A separate laundry room with elegant French doors adds convenience, while a private home office was integrated to meet the clients’ personal needs.

The result is a beautifully finished basement that not only meets legal requirements but also enhances the overall value and comfort of the home.
