We designed and built this beautiful basement taking into consideration the needs of our client’s elderly mom’s needs who had to use a walker and required extra wide doors and curbless shower etc. And we made it extra cozy with more insulation. We even made it as sound proof as possible by adding safe & sound insulation in the ceiling of the entire basement. One big bedroom with an en-suite full 3-pc washroom. An open concept big kitchen with a huge island with built-in power plug, microve, wine chiller. A living room with an electric fireplace. One pwder room. A big storage room. Lots of pot lights throughout the space all with dimmer switches. The kitchen has a gunmetal apron sink. Black pull down faucet. Vinyl laminate flooring throughout. We kept the colour scheme as grey and white with black as accent colour!

We designed and remodeled this beautiful home in Brampton,The existing kitchen was small and not very practical and coping with the family need's, we expanded the kitchen, installed a bigger island with quartz countertops, added a new wine chiller along with other stainless steel appliances, ofcourse a bigger refrigerator. As per our clients request I installed  soundproof sinks, matching steeles pulldown faucet, modern mosaic backsplash and undercabinet lights.
All the washrooms we equipped with custom made vanities, vessel sinks, and quartz Countertops.
All new hardwood flooring throughout the house and porcelain tiles in kitchen, bathrooms, foyer room and entrance area.
Re-modeling the fireplace and adding wall stones. Thus, creating the wow factor. Our clients were very impressed with the outcome.

Complete transformation of this really older and in very bad shape bungalow into and elegant home. New open concept kitchen with all upgrades. Living and dining room. Originally there was only one bathroom for the three bedrooms. We utilized the extra space in the master bedroom to create a new modern style ensuite washroom with a standing shower with sliding glass doors. And we also created a condo style stackable laundry in the corner just by the entrance that nobody could tell what it was behind the new door. 

Condo Re-Modeling

This was a completely run-down condo. Re-Modelled the Complete interior with white modern kitchen, laundry room, full washroom, both bedrooms, living room and dining space. It turned out to be an elegant modern condo, which was very much appreciated by the owners.

We designed and built this basement with two small bedrooms, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a living room with big windows and electric fireplace, and an antique white kitchen with black quartz countertop with an island with new appliances. And a condo style laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. 

Finished basement apartment with a separate entrance. Kitchen, den, laundry room, and full washroom. Laminated flooring, pot lights and larger windows. 

Remodelled an old tub style bathroom into a modern standing shower washroom with sliding glass doors. We also installed grab-bars because the washroom was supposedly to be used by elderly people.

Redesigning & remodeling a Bungalow.

Redesigned & Re-modeled this completely run-down bungalow into a beautiful home with a modern style. Remodeled the kitchen into an open concept kitchen with antique white cabinets and matching quartz countertop and new stainless steel appliances. Converted an old tub style bathroom into a beautiful modern standing shower washroom with sliding glass doors. Laminated flooring throughout the house. New windows and entry doors. This approximately 60 years old bungalow was thus transformed into a an elegant home.
We eventually staged the property to sell!

The store is located at the ground floor of a newly built condominium that we completed for our client. 

Complete with design and build, the Convenience Store includes a wheelchair accessible washroom and front entry doors.
